With in-house project management and detailed engineering teams, we can take on end to end responsibility for our projects – including the role of Principal Contractor under CDM regulations – for delivering Transmission & Distribution substation projects of any size and scope. Working in accordance with an established and accredited quality system we can deliver the right product or service, at the right time to meet project timescales. Site installation, commissioning, management and control to CDM regulations and our stringent SHESQ requirements ensure safe and successful delivery of projects and solutions to our customer’s needs.
Our team deliver AIS or GIS switchgear installed indoor or outdoor and of any size from 66kV through to the highest system voltages. We can also install control and protection systems from any client specified supplier.
A key strength at Power Systems Group is our detailed design engineering of substation projects. In addition, the design team has extensive experience in both feasibility studies and project design phases covering all engineering disciplines. This includes coordination of numerous design inputs including manufacturing centres in Japan, and from local suppliers.
